One protected sharp-work block
A specific block for the work that moves the business, defended before the week fills up.
14-Day Founder-Parent Operating System Sprint
A small beta sprint for agency and consulting founders with young kids. Install one practical weekly operating system before the full Both/And Method course is built.
Fourteen days to test whether one weekly architecture can survive real client work, school pickup, and household chaos.
This is not the polished self-paced course yet. It is the founder-led proof sprint.
The beta is for founders willing to test the first operating system in the wild: client deadlines, kid logistics, partner conversations, and the days that do not go according to plan.
You will get direct implementation support, and your feedback shapes the full Both/And Method course before it is built.
The first win
Not a complete life overhaul. The sprint is designed to prove the first practical milestone before the full course exists.
A specific block for the work that moves the business, defended before the week fills up.
A simple phone-away ritual that helps your kids get the real version of you.
A partner or household conversation that makes one recurring point of friction explicit.
A usable weekly map you can run, review, and improve instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Who should apply
This beta is intentionally narrow: real client work, real revenue, real kid logistics, and enough pressure that a better weekly architecture would matter immediately.
Who should not apply
What happens in 14 days
Map the current week, identify the real pressure points, and choose the first milestone.
Find your best work window and protect one block that the business actually needs.
Build a small phone-away protocol so family time is not just time in the same room.
Run one partner or household conversation around a recurring schedule friction.
Review what survived, remove what did not, and build the next version of the week.
Tell us what worked, where it broke, and whether the full course deserves to exist.
What we are testing
What beta participants get
Founder-led beta
The sprint starts when 10 qualified founders join. Beta price will be $97-$197, depending on final support level. If a refundable deposit is added before launch, applicants will be told before committing.
10-15 seats. Starts when 10 qualified founders join.
Thanks for applying. Check your email for Kit's confirmation message, then I will review qualified beta seats from there.
Applying does not guarantee a seat. The beta is intentionally small so the feedback loop stays useful. By applying, you agree to the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Beta questions
No. This is the founder-led proof sprint before the full Both/And Method is built. The point is to validate the first usable system with a small group.
Plan on about 20 minutes a day for 14 days, plus one household or partner conversation during the second week.
The beta only works if the participants match the problem. The application helps qualify founders by business type, revenue, kids, current constraint, and feedback willingness.
This beta is probably not the right fit yet. It is built for founders already managing real client or business pressure alongside household pressure.
It starts when 10 qualified founders join, so the sprint has enough real-world feedback without becoming too large to support directly.
