These Terms apply to your use of The Both/And Method website and your application for the 14-Day Founder-Parent Operating System Sprint beta.

Beta Application

Submitting an application does not guarantee a beta seat. We may accept, reject, or waitlist applicants based on fit, available seats, and the needs of the beta.

Beta Nature of the Sprint

The sprint is a founder-led beta, not a polished self-paced course. The format, materials, timeline, pricing, and support may change as the offer is tested and improved.

Pricing and Payment

The current expected beta price is $97-$197, depending on final support level. If payment or a refundable deposit is requested, you will be told the amount and terms before you commit.

Your Commitments

If accepted into the beta, you agree to participate in good faith, test the assigned implementation work, and provide honest feedback where requested.

No Guaranteed Results

The sprint is designed to help you build a more usable weekly operating system, but results depend on your business, household, schedule, participation, and follow-through. We do not guarantee any specific business, family, financial, or personal outcome.

Not Professional Advice

The content on this site and in the beta is educational. It is not legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and household conversations.

Intellectual Property

The site, sprint materials, frameworks, prompts, templates, copy, and related content belong to The Both/And Method or its creator. You may use beta materials for your own personal implementation, but you may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute them without permission.

Feedback and Testimonials

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the sprint and future course. We will ask for permission before using your name, image, company name, or identifiable testimonial publicly.
